Adding & Removing Views from Groups

Add Views to View Groups

Views can be added to groups by dragging a View and dropping it into the View Group.

To drag & drop

Open your project in Trimble Connect for Browser.
Navigate to the 3D Viewer.
For more information - please see Accessing the 3D Viewer.
Once you are inside the Viewer, open the Views panel.
Click and drag the desired View to the View group container.
Release the View.

The View will now be inside the View Group.

Views can be added to groups when you are creating them.

To add Views to a group during View creation

Open your project in Trimble Connect for Browser.
Navigate to the 3D Viewer.
For more information - please see Accessing the 3D Viewer.
After you have loaded a model inside the Viewer, adjust the model to any position that you would like to capture a View of.
Click the Add View button in the toolbar.
The New View panel opens.
Select the desired View Group.
Click Save.

Views can be removed from groups by:

Opening the overflow menu for a View inside a group and selecting Remove from group

Removing Views from groups does not delete the View. The View Group will not be deleted even if it does not contain any Views.
