Access Based On License
Users with Personal or Business licenses can still consume data that has been created through the Status Sharing Tool. However, to realize the full benefits of the Workflow Extensions, users must have a Business Premium license. This provides read and write capabilities and enables users to customize workflows based on their unique project needs.
Note
The below table does not apply for Enterprise Projects & project using a Project Agreement license. Users inside those projects will have full access to Status Sharing regardless of the license currently assigned to them.
