Model Versions
View Version History for Files
Model versions can be accessed through the file detail panel.
To view version history
Open your project in Trimble Connect for Browser.
Navigate to the 3D Viewer.
For more information - please see Accessing the 3D Viewer.Once you are inside the Viewer, from the Models Tab, click on the overflow menu for the file.
Select the See details option.
The currently loaded version is shown in the File Details Panel.
Click the Select previous version link.
The version history panel will open to display the list of versions for the file.
Loading Previous Model Versions
To load a previous version
Open your project in Trimble Connect for Browser.
Navigate to the 3D Viewer.
For more information - please see Accessing the 3D Viewer.Once you are inside the Viewer, from the Models Tab, click on the overflow menu for the file.
Select the See Details option.
The currently loaded version is shown in the File Details Panel.
Click the Select previous version link.
The version history panel will open to display the list of versions for the file.
Click on a version from the list.
That version of the model will be loaded in the 3D View.
Working with Previous Model Versions
When an older version of a file is being viewed, a notification is displayed in the top right corner of the Viewer.
Clicking on the notification will show you which file is outdated. To load the latest version, click on the file name or click Load latest version from the overflow menu. The Models Tab will also indicate which files are outdated.
Download a Revision
To download a revision
Open your project in Trimble Connect for Browser.
Navigate to the 3D Viewer.
For more information - please see Accessing the 3D Viewer.Once you are inside the Viewer, open the version history for the desired file.
Click the overflow menu for the version you want to download.
Click Download file.
The revision is automatically downloaded onto your device.
